Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) hosted the “Into Southeastern Asia-Global Competency Training Camp”, organized by the China Center for International People-to-People Exchange under the Ministry of Education and Harbour Education. Held in two sessions from August 4–10 and August 11–17, 2024, the program offered participants a rich blend of cultural, academic, and professional experiences.
Participants explored PIM’s educational offerings, learned traditional Thai crafts and dance, and visited the Charoen Pokphand Group (CP Group) and its subsidiary CP RAM. The itinerary also included visits to international organizations such as UN ESCAP, UNESCO, APPU, and SEAMEO, along with immersive experiences in Thai culture, cuisine, and landscapes.
The program aimed to broaden global perspectives, enhance cross-cultural understanding, and equip participants with international competencies, reinforcing their readiness to thrive in a globalized world.
泰国正大管理学院接待东南亚·国际胜任力线下实践培优团一行
由中国教育部中外人文交流中心组织发起，中科浩博实施承办的“高层次国际化人才培养创新实践项目”，于2024年8月4日至10日、8月11日至17日分两期开展暑期境外实践训练营——东南亚·国际胜任力线下实践培优团。期间，正大管理学院（PIM）作为接待单位，组织并承办了多项活动。
两期实践团在泰期间，不仅到访了正大管理学院，学习了泰国传统手工艺与舞蹈，还深入了解了正大集团的发展历史及业务布局，参观了正大集团旗下食品企业CP RAM。此外，实践团还拜访了联合国亚太经社会（UN ESCAP）、联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）、亚洲邮政联盟（APPU）和东南亚教育部长组织秘书处（SEAMEO Secretariat）等国际及区域组织，全面感受泰国的国际化氛围。与此同时，团员们还领略了泰国传统文化的独特魅力，欣赏了当地的自然风光与美食。
通过课堂学习与课外参访，学生们在实践中提升了国际化视野，深化了对多元文化的理解，并积极将所学知识转化为行动力。本次活动不仅帮助学生们深刻体验了泰国的文化与教育，还激励他们成为具有全球胜任力和国际竞争力的高层次人才。
