“I’m currently working for Alibaba Cloud for two years right now. Previously I was working for Telecommunication company for eight years. During my time studying here, I was in that one. Right now I take care of the market in ASEAN countries to provide our cloud solution and cloud services to local governments or private sectors. In Thailand, CP is our company partner. They are our customers. And we are CP customer. It’s win-win. Pretty much it is everything about cloud, calculation, algorithm, storage, security and network, and other some of the industrial solutions.
I started studying iMBA program in 2014. It was my first year came to Thailand, PIM gave me the feeling of home, because I met my first friend in iMBA. I also accumulate my networks from classmates, also from the company visits organized by iMBA. I think those are my memorable value and it’s a treasure. What I like the most is company visits. CP is very huge business sector in Thailand, even in Asian countries. Their network is so awesome. And those companies we visited are very well-organized and they are really help our students to provide some knowledge or to provide some network in the future of students.
For anyone who studying iMBA now, keep in touch with our speakers, no matter in the class or after class, better after class. And try to get more questions or try to think, try to raise some questions everywhere at any time. And be curious of business, logical or everything.”

“I’m a sale director of Procter & Gamble (P&G) for convenient store channel. Basically, I am responsible for selling the product from the beginning to end, from thinking about what to sell in 7-Eleven Stores, design pricing promotions, and sales strategy. The example of the products are shampoo’s brands like Pantene, Head&Shoulder, Rejoice, and Herbal Essence. And also the other consumer goods like Olay, Downie, Vicks VapoRub, Ambi Pur, etc.
The reason why I applied iMBA program 10 years ago, the key benefit I looked for was creating professionals by professionals. Learn from professionals to apply in the professional work. So I learned a lot from company visits and factory visits. I saw what people really do in the factories. I learned a lot from the CP cases as well. The second thing is the connection that I knew a lot of good friends. The priceless friendship was what I really got from this iMBA program.
For people studying iMBA, I would suggest that pay attention to the courses, and try to participate many events that the courses provide. Utilize the mentor, the professor, and the connection that they have. You don’t know in the future some days it might valuable for yourself. If anyone’s looking for the MBA where can provide professional real case of example, and also the professional instructors, I would suggest iMBA program. It might not yet popular among Thai people. However, it’s another choice to look for. I think it’s worth my time when I decided to join this program.”

“I selected PIM because I wanted to have more knowledge and skills, especially from the business side. My background was chemical engineer. So I was very interesting to have a business study. PIM gave me the opportunity to open my mind toward the business side of the world. What I really like was our teachers support us a lot. They gave us freedom to think about many perspectives. I can see that after graduation from here might change my mind, change my perspective for the life is change. I can see many things which can be opportunity for the business, but before that it was nothing. I can say that I become a business mind person. My goal before when I want to study, my goal was the same.
So PIM gave me everything. They gave me a chance – we have students with different nationalities study together. We have lots of experience and still we are friends. Like, I have friends in Vietnam, sometime we talked and we tried to discuss which product we can import or export. It can connect many countries together. So I think we really enjoy studying here. And it’s really change our lifestyle.
For the people who are looking for MBA program in the university in Thailand, I think we have only few choices for the international business programs. PIM will be the top preference because it has backup from CP Group. CP Group is the top company in Thailand, so for the business opportunities they have invested in almost many fields in Thailand – in feeding, agriculture, even real estate also. So they are teaching us and they are preparing us, so that we can ready to work. even many of my classmates during studying they got a job in Bangkok and international also. Still, I think it’s a good opportunity. PIM doesn’t focus only just study, but mostly they want to make you be like an entrepreneur. They try to teach you in a way in a more practical way. Actually, you have lots of opportunity for learning more and more.”

“I open my tea shop franchise, Gu Roti & Tea in Bangkok. I manage the shop, recruit and train the staff, and manage the customer satisfaction. Studying iMBA gave me confidence that I can manage my own business. At first, I’m also a quiet type person. I’m really afraid to talk with other people that I don’t know. But after I joined this program, now I believe I have confidence to start the business. And I learned from customer. If some mistakes happen, I can handle it.
My favorite course is about human resource. It’s also a bit difficult because we cannot go straightly how to manage people. Different people have different behaviors. I cannot set the rules and say this is my rules, and then go to everyone. It cannot be like that. I have to adjust the rules a bit so they also can contribute.
I recommend iMBA program. If you have chance or ability to join, better join it. You can polish yourself. However, we already have abilities, but sometime we don’t know what abilities we have, what we really like, what we really can do. This program can polish you, and then can bring you out as the shining star.”

“I have been working for C.P. Myanmar about over 10 years now because I got the scholarship from that company. Currently, I am responsible for the HR strategies and the Center of Excellence department.
What I like the most in iMBA courses, the first is marketing. It’s very useful even I work in human resource department right now. Nowadays the management is not just the management. We have to know all the scope of the management, so we have to know the marketing, the leadership, the operation, how to manage the people, and how to drive the people. If we would like to consult the senior executive, we must have the same language to talk with them. So if we know about the business, we can be the same platform and it is understandable. It’s like the same language is very supportive for me once we deal with the executive for the HR program to implement in our country, so this is very useful. And even when we start the business, startup or small business.
What we learn in PIM is very updated – updated knowledge, updated trends we are catchup in the real workplace, so it is very useful for us, especially the digital marketing. It makes us to get more confident when we do the business, and when we corporate our colleagues in our workplace. So nowadays we cannot work separately in the corporate world, so we have to collaborate with the other departments to succeed, we must have to be in the same language. By having same language, we can do more success in our career, we can do a lot of thing to be more successful in the short period.
And I like the company visit very much as well. That’s very good opportunity for young people studying abroad, so we can see how to drive the organization in reality in the short period. It is very useful. I really like that kind of company visit. I do recommend other people. They will like this program.”
