With a long-standing and well-established educational cooperation, PIM is delighted that students from NHL Stenden have come to pursue their studies on our campus Stenden Thailand and been left with a favorable impression of Thailand as well as PIM. And these are some of their experiences on joining our PIM campus.
“I did not have a lot of expectations to Thailand. I only know that it’s a beautiful nature wide country that has very beautiful temples that I was looking forward to see. I really love about Thailand the food but also the difference aspect of its culture it’s very at one point driven and quick but the same time it’s very peaceful and calm. People are very friendly and open-minded and it’s not as hash and rush as in Europe.
My favorite part is the islands I really like PhiPhi it’s a beautiful island that has just amazing water and it was the first time in life I’ve ever got to see monkeys in real life and my favorite food is yellow fried rice with chicken
PIM has a first of all an amazing campus is the most beautiful landscape that I’ve ever had to study at and at the same time I heard that they’re providing a lot of scholarship possibilities for students all over Thailand so for them it’s a great opportunity to study at the university even though normally would not be possible.
I would recommend everybody to do this program if you can because apart from is being in Thailand it just allows you as I said to experience culture of different people but also to brighten your own horizon with different viewpoints on perspectives because everywhere on planet the life is different and it’s really enjoyable here.”

“PIM is very beautiful, it’s very big and the people are so lovely over here. In Thailand I love the food. I love the night markets especially the whole atmosphere is very nice and I love the people. They are very helpful and kind.
The reason you should do the Grand Tour because it’s a great opportunity to do it. Studying as well as traveling over here you will live among the Thai communities that will give a much better aspect of who they are and how they live and you will see such beautiful places
What I like about this program is that’s a great opportunity to explore all different world and a new culture not just by traveling but also by actually living among this Thai people it’s been amazing.”

“Since this is my first time in Thailand, I really love my experience here. It’s a great country with lots of good people and good food. My first impression in Thailand was really nice, the weather is warm and yeah it’s really nice place here.
Being in Thailand is really great. It’s so different than the Netherlands so it was amazing. I really like going to the temple and do meditation with the monk because it was completely new for me so I learned a lot for meditating.
PIM is really great. It’s so big as well and it’s really pretty and I met some really great people here the students and also the local so I’m going to miss them. So if you ever get the opportunity to come here I will say just do it and experience Thailand.”

“I was very curious to Thailand. I thought it would be smaller. I like Thailand a lot because of the nice culture and weather. I visited a lot of island in the Southern part. I also visited Chiang Mai, Koh Tao and Chiang Mai impressed me the most.
I enjoy the minor because I learn a lot of new things. Besides the things I learn on school, I also learn to be individual.
I like PIM I like that there is a very nice atmosphere and I would recommend this because it is a really nice experience and you will learn a lot of new things.”

“This is my first time in Thailand. Before I came to Thailand I thought that it must be a beautiful country in Asia somewhere and the people what I heard were really nice but that’s the only thing I knew about Thailand so was actually just jumping into the cold water here.
My first impression in Thailand is it’s beautiful. People are amazing. Everyone is so nice. The weather is hot but really nice in the end. I love it, it’s perfect. My favorite part is that we have the chance to also go to field trips so let’s get to know the culture a little better that’s the university organized it for an entity for free.
PIM has a really great campus it’s very huge and so pretty and offers also a lot of possibilities for the students here.
If I can recommend I would say the program in general is really an opportunity that that you should take. It’s really it opens up the door for you if you want to do something out of yourself and also see the world.”

“I’m studying a Hotel Management school at NHL stenden in the Netherlands and over here in Thailand I’m following minor event management.
I really like the minor so far because it’s in another country so that’s pretty nice to know the Thai culture.
In Thailand I think that people are really kind here and everything seems really good arrange so that’s nice.
And I really like PIM because it’s really big school and there are a lot of students here and also internationals and it’s really work well.”
