Being a University of Networking, PIM has educational cooperation with universities around the world. For instance, students from Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands study at our campus. Let’s see their impressions about Thailand and PIM.

What do you think of Thailand before coming here?
“It’s my first time in Thailand. I have no clue what to expect I just knew that it’s a really busy country and it’s really beautiful it has their own unique places which I want to visit as well.”
What was your first impression in Thailand?
“I was excited as I was looking at the traffic for example on the highway it was crazy compared to Europe it was really crazy but still people are really nice, respectful. First impression was really positive.
I would like to find out more about Buddhism and the Thai culture as well because I see many buildings covered in gold and I just want to know the stories. The culture is different and it’s very rich. I’d like to find out more about it.”
What do you like about PIM?
“The building is really modern first of all. I’ve been to 16th floor CP All Academy building and I look down and it’s crazy. Everybody is so nice I just look at them and they are smiling and they’re positive.”
If you can recommend this campus to anyone, what would you say?
“I would say if you want to study in a really modern and friendly environment then you should go to PIM because it’s not only modern I think the education level is really high and I see so many people with the smile on their faces. It’s a good place to study. It’s also just visited these buildings. It’s just a big attraction for me personally I would recommend it because it’s nice to be here. it’s really amazing.”
• Eva Buning, 4th year Event Management student
What do you think of Thailand before coming here?
“I didn’t really know much about it. I thought nature was really pretty when I looked it up online and I knew that it was a bit more on Buddhism but other than that I had no idea where I would go but now I’m totally in love with Thailand.”
What do you like about Thailand?
“I like how nice people are. I feel like everyone believes in Karma here so they all try to do a good things and be nice to everyone. I think we can learn something from that than in Western countries. I also really love nature like in the North it’s more of the mountains and in the South more of beaches both are in their own way. Very beautiful.”
Where have you been in Thailand so far?
“I’ve been to Chiang Mai, Pai, Phuket, Kanchanaburi, Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, Ayutthaya, Pattaya Khao Sok in 3 months and I want to visit Krabi and Koh PhiPhi and the other islands around there. “
What do you think of PIM campus?
“I think being here is making the experience complete so I was fascinated by the fact that CP All runs both the school and also 7-Eleven. I thought that was cool. Not something you see in the Netherlands.”
If you can recommend this campus to anyone, what would you say?
“I think they teach the classes here in a really good way. About the education, I think at some point it’s even better than mine studying back home and it feels like almost a family here so the teachers will talk to you. They’ll know your name and all the other students and act like your family so that makes studying here even more fun.”
What would you miss in Thailand if you come back to your country?
“I think most is the people, and also the freedom of just travelling anywhere and then having a project to work on with your group and then travelling again.”
• Steijn Tersteeg

What do you like about Thailand?
“I like the people here. Very genuine people who really want to help you. They have genuine smiles on their face. If you were walking to 7-Eleven they say thank you and everything it’s very nice everywhere and the Thai culture that I like is everybody has family oriented. I’ve been to Krabi, Koh PhiPhi and Koh Phangan. I would like to visit Chiang Mai also the South as well.”
What do you like about study here?
“It’s the total university experience that you have there. It’s in a big city. It’s a big school. Everybody here is very nice. When you want someone’s help they give you their help if you want something from someone they just want to help you so you can improve yourself a lot. It’s also good to go from Europe to Asia to study because it’s very good to do it.”
What would you miss in Thailand the most if you go back?
“Food, people, the weather and the difference in the country.”
