PIM was host to leaders representing Vilnius University, Lithuania; Riga Technical University, Latvia; Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Estonia; and University of Iceland on 30 August 2022.
The delegation was led by Dr. Sethapan Krajangwongs, Minister-Counselor for Science and Technology, Office of Science and Technology, Royal Thai Embassy, Washington D.C.
Prof. Edita Suziedeliene, Vice-Rector and Pro-Rector for Research from Vilnius University, Lithuania expressed her appreciation and extended an invitation for partnership to PIM.
Prof.Igors Tipans, Deputy Rector from Riga Technical University, Latvia also shared his experience in attracting international students to his university and looked forward to replicating some programs with PIM.
Mr. Archil Chochia, Senior Researcher, Department of Law, School of Business and Governance from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Estonia was happy to learn about PIM’s unique education model and offered options for potential cooperation.
Mr. Halldór Jonsson, Director of the Division of Science and Innovation from University of Iceland, Iceland was also curious to learn about international faculty and student exchange at PIM.
Mr. Siam Choksawangwong, Senior Vice President for Administrative Affairs thanked all the participants for choosing to visit PIM and expressed his intention to reciprocate the honor some time in the future.
After the discussion, the delegation was shown around the PIM campus.
