On 2 August 2022, participants from the Education Innovation Camp (EduCamp) by Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and GLA University, India visited PIM to learn about the Institute’s unique applied education model.
Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) had a great opportunity to welcome Dr. Nitin Kumar Tripathi, Chairman-Academic Senate, Director-Special Degree Programs, and Professor of Geoinformatics from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT); Prof. Dilip Kumar Sharma Professor & Dean (International Relations & Academic Collaborations) and Department of Computer Engineering & Applications from GLA University, India and students who were participating in the Education Innovation Camp (EduCamp).
During the session, GLA University’s Dr. Avnish Sharma, Prof. Dilip Kumar Sharma expressed interest in future collaboration with PIM.
They were greeted by Ms.Tanarat Teeratanakiat and her team from the International Marketing and Recruitment Section and Dr. Patamaporn Pongpaibool, Deputy Director of International College.
In the morning section, The meeting began with a presentation introducing the CP group, overall information about PIM, and some key facts about CP’s mega projects. Prof. Dilip Kumar Sharma also shared information about GLA University in Mathula, India. During the session, Prof. Dilip Kumar Sharma expressed interest in future collaboration with PIM.
The meeting was followed by a campus tour of the main facilities and lunch at Chef’s Kitchen, a restaurant managed by the faculty and students of PIM’s Faculty of Food Business Management. After lunch, Mr. Anuchit Saengon, Head of Program of Faculty of Food Business Management welcomed the group to PIM Food Academy.
