As we create professional by professional, iMTM program at PIM has many professional lecturers. Let’s meet Aj.Ple – Sunida Piriyapada, Head of iMTM Program who is keen to educate students through a rich experience.
“I am Sunida Piriyapada, head of iMTM program, I earned my doctorate degree in Technical Economics and Management from Dalian University of Technology, China, fully funded by Chinese government scholarship. Currently, I have a deep interest in digital marketing, psychological consumer, and sustainable tourism. Especially for Digital marketing, I had over 10 years of marketing experience working, I was a strategist, this position involved a lot of creativeness and free-thinking, to invent and develop fresh ideas that the customers would like. I had learned so much about marketing along my past experiences, and I know I still have a lot to learn for being a marketing professor.
Much of my career has focused on marketing and communications. I taught marketing principles to undergraduate and graduate students for a number of years. Later, I taught digital Marketing for at PIM, and customer behavior of course is a very important component of Marketing where I put those principles into practice, Ultimate goal of this course is to prep students are able to lead all marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects, it includes developing plans and strategies to help establish a brand, allocating resources to different projects, generating new business leads. Ultimately, they will be able to run a marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
