I felt a little pressured because every students did great. However, as a judge, in order to make a decision, I have to choose by their potential and skills, including problem-solving, cooking, and kitchen management, in which I can see that they are passionate in cooking. Moreover, I would like to thank PIM for encouraging students to have passion and motivation in working abroad. For those who would like to be in this path, you do not have to be an expert in cooking, but you should have the basic fundamental in food science, marketing, entrepreneurship, creativity, and business management.” He added, “Everyone has a dream, so you have your own responsibility to make your dream comes true otherwise you are going to be like a dreamer.”
